2. Then download and install USB Driver that fit for your HTC Desire 326G Dual Sim Here.

5. Next, open command prompt on your PC, then type
• adb service
6. then
• adb reboot download
7. then
• fastboot flash recover y C:UsersXDADevDownloadsTWRP.img
8. You can Replace C:UsersXDADevDownloadsTWRP.img with the path where the twrp.img is located for you.
9. Power off your  HTC One M9 device. Now, to boot into recovery mode. Press and hold Volume Down button, then press the Power button to switch on your phone and release it, but keep holding the Volume Down button.
10. Select boot to recovery on the screen that appears (bootloader)

12. Before you do it, you must make sure that you have an SD Card in your phone, then do, then you can give a command :
• adb push C:UsersXDADevDownloadsUPDATE-SuperSU-v2.46.zip /sdcard
13. You can replace C:UsersXDADevDownloadsUPDATE-SuperSU-v2.46.zip with your path.
14. Than on On your HTC One M9 device, click Install, then at the top of the screen it should say Internal Storage or SDCard. If it does not say SD Card, click it and change it to SD Card.
15. Now find SuperSU.zip, click on it, and swipe to flash it.
16. Once SuperSU is done flashing reboot the phone, and open up SuperSU. 
17. Great, You are now rooted
